Community Leagues
SFDA continues to strengthen its grassroots ecosystem through community-based competitions such as the annual Oxford League. The league, now heading into its third edition in Q4 2025, has quickly become a highlight for players across Singapore, providing opportunities for Flying Disc athletes from different clubs and backgrounds to compete together and form new connections through spirited competition.
Looking ahead, new community leagues will be introduced from 2026, catering to various groups and skill levels within the community. These leagues aim to broaden participation and ensure that there are playing opportunities for all, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Corporate Engagement
Beyond the playing field, Flying Disc has proven to be an engaging and inclusive sport for corporate wellness and team-building. SFDA recently partnered with L’Oréal to host a company wellness session, showcasing how Flying Disc can be adapted to support employee wellbeing, collaboration, and workplace bonding.
We welcome more organisations to explore Flying Disc as a unique and energising corporate activity.
Community Partnerships
SFDA actively partners with Community Centres (CCs) to bring Flying Disc sports closer to the public.
Disc Golf: Growing in popularity, Disc Golf has inspired multiple CC-level interest groups. Whampoa CC currently hosts free monthly clinics, making the sport accessible to new players.

Ultimate Frisbee: SFDA requires its Members to give back to the community through grassroots initiatives, either by hosting a local Ultimate tournament or running clinics in collaboration with CCs and other community organisations.
To further strengthen the community, SFDA also organises biannual Club Leaders Conferences, creating a platform for dialogue with our Members. These conferences provide valuable feedback and foster collaboration to continually improve our programmes and initiatives.

The Singapore Flying Disc Association (SFDA) is the body responsible for the governance of flying disc sports in Singapore. These sports include Ultimate, Beach Ultimate and Disc Golf.
